Nutrition Habits Affect Your Hairs More Than You Suppose

Are you one of those who complain about the lack of hair growth and weakness and cannot find a solution? Hair loss is one of the most common problems, especially during seasonal changes. Don’t forget that some unchangeable factors play a role in this. Genetics, age, hormones can be given as examples of these factors. But a functional diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help improve your hair growth and appearance. For example, brittle or stunted hair may indicate that you get insufficient vitamins, minerals, and nutrients.

The National Institute of Health (NIH) states that vitamin B7 or biotin deficiencies can cause thinning hair and hair loss in general. Biotin is produced by bacteria in our intestines, and unless there is a negative change in the intestinal floral, it’s actually a vitamin that isn’t often lacking. People who smoke a lot, those who have digestive system disorders can be among the groups that may be seen with biotin deficiency. Besides, we can say that red meat, chicken meat, fish, turkey, milk, cheese, etc. are examples of protein sources.
